Over the last couple of days, I’ve been planning out a new series and decided to call it PE At Home: Daily Challenges (I know real original) 😂.
I’ve seen a ton of workouts/follow along exercise routines, but haven’t really seen anything when it comes to different skills or playing games. So this is where my idea started!
This is something we used to do a lot when we were younger. It’s easy, anyone can do it, and only requires 1 piece of equipment.
Equipement You Will Need:
- Any ball that will bounce
Helpful hint: the bigger it is, the easier it will be. If it’s smaller, it will be more challenging
Challenges
When thinking of this activity, I wanted to provide something for parents, teachers, and students.
Parents– I know you could probably use a “prep” period so this would be a perfect at home pe activity seeing it would take anywhere from 20-30 minutes to complete
Teachers– This google sheet can be either distributed as is, or it can be copied so you can add to it or make any changes
Students– This is a great activity to get outside and work on some throwing and catching!
Complete Overview
If you have any questions about any of the challenges you can find the complete overview by watching PE At Home #1:
