Valentine’s Day Brain Break Activities – Move and Freeze!

Move and Freeze Overview

The newest edition to the Move and Freeze series is here, and this time it’s all about Valentine’s Day! ❤️

My first Thanksgiving Move and Freeze was a huge hit with my younger K-2 students, and it was fun watching them come up with their own unique movements

Move and Freeze is a fun freeze dance game that can be used as a Valentine’s Day brain break or an elementary PE game.  It also makes for a fun classroom activity for any Valentine’s Day party! 🕺
